Atlanta Dream Falls to Minnesota, Still Holds Best Record in WNBA

The Atlanta Dream lost in unimpressive fashion on Tuesday night on national television, falling to the Minnesota Lynx by a final score of 94-72 at the Target Center in Minneapolis.

A week ago the Lynx suffered a 30-point loss to the Los Angeles Sparks, but rebounded well and shot 51.5 percent for the game against the Dream. Before Tuesday, no team had reached 45 percent shooting against Atlanta.

"Well, technically, Atlanta has the best record," Lynx Coach Cheryl Reeve told the Minnesota Star Tribune. "So they're the best team in the league, record-wise."

Atlanta currently holds the WNBA's best record at 10-2.

"I think we've had a pretty solid week," Lynx forward Maya Moore told the Star Tribune.

Lynx guard Seimone Augustus sat out the game, suffering from a left ankle injury. Augustus got the injury in a game against the Phoenix Mercury two days ago.

"Any time one of our teammates goes down, we take it upon ourselves to do more," Monica Wright said. "Those are tough shoes to fill. We wanted to make sure we got that win for Seimone tonight."

Atlanta is up against Seattle on Sunday and then Los Angeles on Wednesday.

Hօwever, you аrе not thhe only one who haѕ alreadyy caught the fashion trend oof ankle boots.
Тhey consist of a lace uƿ boot that is incorporated աith shin plates, not unlike motocross
boots, ƅut haѵe more of a dirty old biker
lkok to them. Keeping tthe heel tօ a minimum not οnly
helps witҺ posture and comfort, but will narrow down inappropriate styles fߋr thе girls age ցroup.
