Chicago mayor replaces Ethics Board

CHICAGO (AP) — Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel is replacing the city's entire Board of Ethics.

In a release Wednesday, Emanuel calls the move "a new day for ethics and accountability in Chicago." He says the board will make sure people in public office understand "where they stand and who they serve."
