You can beat cancer if you follow seven principles

I don’t think I would be too presumptuous if I said that cancer comes from the food we eat, the water we drink, the clothes we wear, and the environment we live in.

 Dr. Timothy
Moore

An abundance of disheartening, vile and sickening news delivered via the media can leave you pondering whether the world is racing full speed ahead toward Armageddon. Crime is rampant, the economy continues to sputter, and tens of thousands are grappling with catastrophic illnesses. It’s almost too much to bear.

It’s also disheartening to know that hospitals are running over with seriously ill patients looking for a cure-all. Many of these patients have some form of cancer and are dying at an alarming rate. It makes you wonder whether cancer is preventable or reversible – whether there are certain steps or actions one should take to stop the onslaught of this disease or prevent it altogether.

I don’t think I would be too presumptuous if I said that cancer comes from the food we eat, the water we drink, the clothes we wear, and the environment we live in. Could it be inherited as well, passed on from generation to generation? That question should pique your interest.

Cancer is growing exponentially like a speeding bullet and just as deadly. It is almost uncouth to talk to someone who has been diagnosed with this dreaded disease. Talking about it may worsen the pain and intensify the feeling of dread. Whether you’re beset by breast cancer, prostate cancer, cervical cancer, or skin cancer, you wouldn’t have to fear death unless you choose not to eat the proper nutrients to live.

October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. With the spotlight focused on those who suffer from breast cancer, so many other cancer patients are hopeful as well that a cure will be discovered in the near future. Meanwhile, those who have wrested control of their lives are claiming the victory.

In her book, “Outsmart Your Cancer,” author Tanya Harter Pierce discusses a number of ways to beat cancer, such as “Alternative Non-Toxic Treatments That Work.” She uses some interesting analogies – some true, some untrue. The book also includes a CD of 12 testimonies from people who actually beat cancer.

Based on the American Cancer Society, National Cancer Institute, and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s definition for being cured from cancer, you’d have to survive five years after your diagnosis. The definition does not mean you’re cancer free, nor does it mean you’re healed. It simply means that cancer cells could still remain dormant in the body.

Just in case you didn’t know, cancer is on the rise in people who have never smoked or hung around any hazardous materials. So is cancer an environmental disease? Could be. It seems to invade the body with a vengeance and strikes fear in both sufferers and non-sufferers. With so much money being spent on cancer research, why hasn’t a cure been found? It doesn’t take a lot of money. All you need is a good diet and you can prevent cancer or reverse it altogether.

It wasn’t too long ago that I talked to a few women about breast cancer. I asked them if they’d ever examined their own breasts, and to my amazement the women said they did not want to know if a lump or knot in their breast was malignant. The discovery, they said, would conjure up images of disfigurement or deformity. Therefore, they would be slow in seeking medical attention.

If you change your diet and lifestyle, you can beat cancer. Follow these seven principles:

1) Eat an assortment of fruit and vegetables;

2) Do everything possible to avoid environmental pesticides;

3) Avoid high calories, low nutrient foods, such as candy, soft drinks and junk food;

4) Keep your salt intake low and your potassium intake high;

5) Choose foods that help your body detoxify and eliminate waste;

6) Reduce your intake of meat and other animal food;

7) Eat the right type of fat such food with omega-3 fatty acids.

Remember, if you pay close attention to the abnormal changes in your body and seek a qualified medical professional, you won’t have to worry about the grim reaper. If you are a cancer survivor, though, you should be commended for keeping the grim reaper at bay.

We've just produced applications which will very easily scrape related
contents of a subject (and the topic your web site is concentrated on) from the yahoo and search engines to put together massive
100% copyscape passed material. Think you are keen to analyze
it?
