For some, Ledisi is a real-life intersection where Sharon Jones meets Nina Simone. Her voice? Amazing. Her style? Eclectic.
And if I need to give you some proof, consider this: one of Ledisi’s biggest fans is Michelle Obama, who will tell you in a heartbeat that she listens to Ledisi everyday.
“Pieces of Me” promises songs bursting with love, intimacy and self assurance and is billed as a natural progression for Ledisi, who obviously has determined that this summer is going to be hot.
Want a sneak peek? Well, I can help you with that.
