Melanie Fiona hit the scene last year with her hit song “It Kills Me” and Marsha Ambrosius, former member of the neo soul duo Floetry is enjoying the success of her new single “Far Away”.

Tickets are on sale now at the Cannon Center box office and all ticketmaster outlets and ticketmaster.com. Prices range from $20 to $45.

A S.O.S! from the MULYP

The Memphis Urban League Young Professionals are sending out an SOS to get our community actively involved in the fight to save our students.  The S.O.S! (Saving Our Students) Mentorship Drive will feature Elliott Perry, former Memphis Tiger great and ambassador for local mentoring efforts, as keynote speaker.

MULYP will also partner with several mentoring organizations so participants can gain awareness of mentoring opportunities and increase the amount of young professionals serving as mentors. The event will be March 29 at Mix & Mingle Lounge located at 1322 Madison Ave. from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m.

Soul of Summer Tour

Mike Powell and Fresh Ideas Entertainment present another great night in downtown Memphis as the Soul of Summer Tour features Eric Benet, Jonathan Butler, Saxophonist Eric Darius and songstress Maysa on Friday, May 13 at the Peabody Hotel at 8 p.m. This will be a two-ballroom event. WRUG Networking Fair/Open House



In an effort to connect the Greater Memphis entrepreneurial community, WRUG Radio has teamed up with HackMeyer Properties, owners of Perimeter Office Park, to host the Memphis Business Networking Fair and Open House on Friday (March 25) from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Perimeter Office Park located at 2500 Mt. Moriah Rd.
