If you were to look at the history of the NAACP, for instance, you'd see the founders where multi-racial/cu ltural/bi-parti san & by chapter,the current membership reflects the same. This election pointed out that the republican party needs to reflect the more diverse America of today. Dialogue has begun, we invite ALL to the table.
