Notice is hereby give that SHELBY COUNTY is preparing to make settlement with CHRIS HILL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LLC for necessary and related work for the rehabilitation and/or construction of CONSTRUCTION OF A BIKE/PEDESTRIAN TRAIL BETWEEN TILLMAN AND SHELBY FARMS PARK “CSX RAILS TO TRAILS ROAD INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENTS.
All persons holding claims against the Contractor, CHRIS HILL CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, LLC or their agents for materials or labor entering into the construction of this project must file itemized notice of such claim (two copies) with the original copy sworn to before a Notary Public.
